Land development is complex and often fragmented. Decisions are made too late, consultants work in silos, and project intent can be lost as a site moves from planning to construction. 1122 exists to remove that complexity. 1122 was founded on a simple observation. Most development delays are not technical. They are caused by unclear direction, misaligned teams, and slow or deferred decision making.

After years of working across planning, approvals, construction, and development strategy in British Columbia, it became clear that better structure and clearer leadership early in the process changes outcomes. When risks are identified early, responsibilities are defined, and teams are aligned from the start, projects move forward with confidence.
